The Legend of Zelda for Nintendo (NES) - The first NES-game to sell in over 1 million copies and the first game in the hugely popular Zelda series. Zelda discovers that Ganon has stolen the Triforce of Power and in fear of that Ganon will try to get her Triforce (the Triforce of Wisdom) she divides the Triforce into many small pieces, because she knows that if Ganon gets both the triforces he will be almost unstoppable! She takes the pieces and hides them on different places in the Kingdom of Hyrule so that Ganon never will lay his hands on them. Later she gets kidnapped by Ganon and sends out her maid Impa to search for a hero to save her and the Triforces. Impa soon gets ambushed by some of Ganon´s troops and gets saved by adventurer named Link. Impa tells Link about Zelda and Ganon and the two Triforces. Now you (Link) has to fight your way through 8 different dungeons to rescue all the pieces.
